Turkey and Cranberry Panini


  • 8 Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 8 oz. Thinly sliced Turkey Breast
  • 6 oz. Fontina Cheese – thinly sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple – thinly sliced
  • 2-3 TBSP Liz & Linda’s Color Me Cranberry Jelly
  • Olive Oil for brushing
On your clean workspace, lay out bread slices – will make 4 sandwiches.  Top each sandwich with turkey, cheese, apple and Color Me Cranberry Jelly. 
On top of 1 of the sandwiches, brush lightly with olive oil.  Place this side down on panini press or skillet. Brush other side of sandwich with olive oil. 
Cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese has melted.
