We ship all of our products from Washington, MO via US Postal Service or UPS Ground
When can you expect to receive your shipment? We will ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days, then allow for an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.  If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated ship date. We will email you the tracking number for your order once it has shipped.

Can you do expedited shipping? If you would like to have your shipment expedited, please give us a call at 636-432-1440 to order and we can do our best to accommodate your request. 

What are your hours?  Our offices are open Monday - Thursday from 8:30-4:00 CST.  

How can I cancel an order? If you have placed an order online or by phone and you would like to cancel that order if it has not yet shipped, please give us a call at 636-432-1440 and we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?  Yes, we will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where can I find the expiration date of my product?  We have easy to read expiration dates as well as batch codes on all of our products.  

What is the shelf life of a product? Depending on the product, the shelf life is between 1-2 years.  Once a jar is opened, it must be refrigerated and eaten within approximately 3 months.
