Pulled Pork Nachos with Corn Salsa
Pulled Pork Nachos:
4 Cups Cooked Pulled Pork
1 Jar Pappy's Gourmet Corn Salsa
3 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Tortilla Chips
Garnishes - Sour Cream, Jalapenos, Salsa, Tomatoes, Black Olives, etc
Directions:
In skillet, add pulled pork and jar of Pappy's Gourmet Corn Salsa.  Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes. 
On a baking sheet, spread out your tortilla chips and top with the pulled pork mixture.  Top with the shredded cheese.  Bake in the oven under the broiler for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.  
Add garnishes and enjoy!
