Peach Salsa Cheeseball

Peach Salsa Cheeseball   
8 oz block of cream cheese (room temp)
½ Cup Pappy’s Gourmet Peach Salsa
3 Green Onions – Diced
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Colby Jack)
Crushed Macadamia Nuts (approximately 1 cup)
Whip cream cheese in stand mixer (or using hand mixer) until creamy, about 1 minute.  Add green onions, Peach Salsa and Cheddar Cheese and mix until all ingredients are blended. 
Pour mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.  Wrap mixture and form wrap into a ball shape.  Place in refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours until firm. 
Chop Macadamia Nuts and roll peach cheeseball in the nuts until covered. 
Serve with crackers!
