Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno Poppers with Red Pepper Jelly
Ingredients
6 Jalapenos, tops chopped off and split down the middle, seeds removed
Cream Cheese
Pappy's Gourmet Red Pepper Jelly
Directions:
Brush both sides of the jalapenos with olive oil.  Place on grill over low heat.  Cook jalapenos on both sides until they have softened but still maintain their shape, approximately 5-7 minutes (I like mine slightly charred).  
Remove from grill and fill the peppers with cream cheese.  Place back on grill until cheese is warmed and melted.  Remove from grill and top each pepper with 1 tsp. of Pappy's Gourmet Red Pepper Jelly.  Enjoy!
**You can use any Pepper Jelly flavor that you prefer - would also be great with Golden Pecan Pepper Jelly or Blackberry Habanero Jelly!
