1/2 Cup Mayo
8 oz Block Cream Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Green Onions (chopped)
1/8 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
10 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
8-10 Slices Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
2/3 Cup Liz & Linda's Golden Pecan Pepper Jelly
Mix first mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions and pepper; then pour into a shallow baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and back at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with bacon. Warm Pepper Jelly in microwave slowly until it becomes liquid enough to pour (roughly 15-30 seconds), then pour over top of dip.
Serve with Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips or Crackers!
