Ingredients:
3-4 lbs Pork Loin
1 1/2 Cups Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Liz & Linda's Original Pepper Jelly
Directions:
Add ingredients to either a slow cooker (cook for 8 hours until tender) or pressure cooker (only takes 40 minutes!).  Once meat is cooked, shred and serve.
