1 box – Lego Mini Waffles – toasted
1 bag – Frozen Chicken Nuggets – cooked per directions
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
2 TBSP – Liz & Linda’s Perfectly Peach Pepper Jelly
In a small pot, mix together the syrup and pepper jelly. Heat on the stove until the jelly has melted and is thoroughly combined with the syrup. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
On large party platter – place the toasted mini waffles and top with chicken nuggets – if chicken nuggets are too large for the waffle, cut them in half.
Top the waffles by either pouring pepper jelly syrup over them, or leaving a bowl of dipping sauce on the side.
