Baked Tomato Basil Cheese Dip
1 Cup Sour Cream
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
12 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Diced Tomato – for garnish
Chopped Basil – for garnish
Mix Sour Cream, cheeses and Liz & Linda’s Tomato Basil Spread
together and put in small baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese has melted.
Garnish with diced tomato and basil. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
