1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits (10 biscuits)
1 lb Breakfast Sausage
1 TBSP Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 TBSP Chives – Chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
For Crust: Arrange biscuits on baking sheet – spread thin in a circular pattern and seal edges to create your pizza crust. Bake crust for approximately 6 minutes or until dough is baked thru but not yet brown – when you remove from the oven it will be firm to the touch.
For Topping: Cook breakfast sausage in skillet until cooked through – drain fat and set aside.
Place clean skillet on stove and preheat on medium heat. In Small bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Add in the Corn Salsa
and mix through.
Add egg mixture to skillet and cook until eggs are about halfway cooked (they will be firm enough to put on crust). They will finish cooking in the oven.
Spread eggs onto pizza crust & spread out to cover the crust. Add sausage on top of eggs and spread evenly. Sprinkle pizza with cheese.
Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until edges are browned and eggs are cooked thru.
Remove from oven and cut into squares (or triangles). Top pizza with chives and serve!
