Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Liz & Linda’s Roasted Garlic & Onion Spread
1-1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Colby Jack
½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Parsley to sprinkle on top (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In small bowl, mix all ingredients together except hold back ½ cup of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese for sprinkling on top.
In 9” pie plate, spread out the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes until top is lightly golden brown and dip is bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
