1 Cup Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 Cup Mozzarella
1 Cup Drained Pappy’s Gourmet Corn Salsa
olive oil for brushing
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
In large bowl, mix together Chicken, mozzarella and salsa.
Spread mixture onto tortillas and roll up as tight as possible. Place the
rolled tortillas onto a baking sheet that is lined with aluminum (will help with
cleanup). Brush the tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip taquitos and bake another 5 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
