Our Liz & Linda's Spreads are one of my favorite product categories that we offer! We wanted to make a product that was savory and perfect to spread on everything from sandwiches to cheeses and veggies.
During the fall and holiday season, our focus is mainly on our Pepper Jellies but since the holidays have come and gone, I wanted to bring the focus onto the other products in the Liz & Linda's brand, our Spreads! We currently offer two varieties: Roasted Garlic & Onion and Tomato Basil. Each is wonderful in their own way and they both are bursting with flavor.
My favorite and easiest way to use either of the spreads is just to slather it on a sandwich instead of your usual sandwich spread. Pairing a ham sandwich with our Roasted Garlic & Onion Spread just gives it a little extra flavor.

I don't know about you, but I love snack foods. I absolutely love it when there is a special occasion, whether it be a birthday party, football game or whatever, they all call for snacks! I am currently working on some recipes for Superbowl weekend because who doesn't watch the Superbowl without having snacks handy?
I have made this dip quite a few times in the past few months because it is easy and I usually have the ingredients on hand. I also like to make it because my kids will actually eat it!
I think this took me all of three minutes to put together and that includes the times that I had to stop and let my two year old "help" me.
If you have a stand mixer, it will do all the work for you - first add in the Cream Cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning and mix well.
Next add in your salsa and shredded cheese. You can really use any salsa, I used Aunt Kiki's Medium Salsa because I knew my kids would be eating it. But you could use the Hot Salsa also, just depends on what you prefer.
Pour dip into bowl and sprinkle with a bit of extra shredded cheese and top with green onions. Serve with chips.
1 pkg Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 TBSP Taco Seasoning
1 Jar Aunt Kiki's Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot) - drained
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Green Onions - 3 Diced
